Shipping and Returns

Khimaar ships its products all over India and aims to provide a smooth, reliable shopping experience. We understand how important it is to receive your order on time and in perfect condition, which is why we focus on quality service, fast dispatch, and customer satisfaction.

Customer support is available Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.


Shipping Duration

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 24 working hours. Orders are usually delivered within 4 – 7 working days across India.

In rare cases beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions), delivery may take longer. However, Khimaar will always try to ensure your parcel reaches you at the earliest possible time.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping across India on orders above the specified minimum order value.
  • For orders below the minimum value, standard shipping charges may apply at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

On Hijabs & Accessories

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs, scarves, caps, pins, or accessories unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Cases for Return / Exchange

Your order may qualify only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The parcel had missing items

Conditions

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
  • An unboxing video is required for claims regarding damage, defects, or missing items

Requests without proof may not be approved.


Refund Policy

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days after approval
  • In some cases, store credit may be offered instead

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defects

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Khimaar reserves the right to cancel any order if stock is unavailable, address is incomplete, payment issues arise, or for any unavoidable reason. Any eligible refund will be processed promptly.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on selected orders and serviceable pincodes across India.

  • COD charges may apply at checkout
  • Orders placed via COD may require confirmation by phone or WhatsApp
  • COD orders may take slightly longer to deliver than prepaid orders
